The location and facilities and staff were all excellent. They were so helpful. Concierge booked tours for us gave great advice about where to eat. Piano bar was lovely.

Loved accommodation, cleanliness and hotel was close to amenities. Staff were very helpful and friendly- in particular Katie in the bar and Gerard the Concierge. Nothing was a problem to them. Receptionist who helped us check-in was also very helpful and invited us to sit and have a break before heading out, as we arrived early and were leaving our luggage until the room was available. We had food from the bar and in the restaurant and both were excellent.

We arrived early and the Concierge was able to store our luggage whilst we explored Belfast. The check in process was seamless and the accommodation was well appointed and the room & bathroom were a very good size. The piano bar and restaurants were impressive. We had hired a vehicle and the public carpark was located close to the hotel and provided a discounted rate. We would have no hesitation in staying at the Europa Hotel again.

Location was perfect, close to everything including bus and train station. Booked meal at the hotel and although service was slow it was worth the wait
