Ok - very basic, but ok for me on this particular trip. Very basic, but clean, abb n c not much noise at all, so fairly good to sleep. Bed basic, but again good for a single night. Staff very pleasant and helpful with no fuss, and happy to direct me in tye right direction in regards location

We had a great stay at this fantastic location, just a short stroll from the heart of Belfast. The staff were warm and welcoming, going out of their way to make us feel at home. Our twin room with en-suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious, although we did find the storage space to be a bit limited - a bit more wouldn't go amiss. The en-suite wet room was clean but showed its age a bit. The shower had a push-button water-saving feature, but it could be frustratingly short - a bit more water pressure would be nice. On the plus side, the beds were incredibly comfortable, although the pillows were a bit thin. The kitchen and dining areas were spotless and well-equipped, making self-catering a breeze. Overall, this place offers fantastic value for money, and with a bit of TLC, it would be absolutely top-notch. We'd definitely stay again and recommend it to others.
