Nice location close to Queen's University and Ulster Museum, not too far from centre. Good kitchen including laundry facility for joint use of guests. Good value for money.

Some of the reviews scared me a little but honestly this property is a great place to stay. The street can be a little intimidating but once inside the rooms were perfect and the location is good it doesn’t feel unsafe at all and we walked to and from town at night.
