Easy instructions to check in. Didn't see any staff but they did contact me everyday to see if we needed anything. Ear plugs provided as it is on a main rd but we didn't use them as it was fine - we live on a main Rd plus our room was at the back of the property. Good facilities in room Inc small fridge, plenty of towels. Room was bright & felt surprisingly spacious, clean.

Nice clean and good value for money. It was close to Ormeau park as advertised. There was tea coffee and biscuits in the room and they even thought to leave early plugs in case there was noise from the street outside.
