I liked this placement. The host was very polite and helpful. If I had any questions, he reacted asap. The room and the house were clean. There was food in the kitchen which was replenished every day. Good options for the morning breakfast. The house is pretty close to the center, the bust stop is near the house. So, it took may be 10-15 minute to reach the city center. If I visit Belfast again, I would definitely book the room in this house. I felt safe.

Very comfortable and quiet. Self-service Breakfast provided with Gluten Free oats is awesome. Easy access to the center and a convenience store around the corner completes a great place to stay.

Really lovely place to stay. The kitchen / living area was really spacious, lots of breakfast options and lots of space to sit and eat. Really clean and quiet. We had a TV in our room also with lots of options for watching, the bed was super comfy. We were up for an event in a hotel about 10 minutes away, so we had checked in earlier in the day and let Jim know that we wouldn't be back until later that night. Great communication with the host also.
