Fantastic location, easy to go into town. Super close to shops restaurants. Can walk to all the exciting things to do in the city. Great Park just down the road. Great facilities everything you need to have a great holiday. Lovely kitchen, bathroom, comphy beds

Affordability. We are a family of 5 and even though only 3 of us travelled it was great to be able to afford to do so which I couldn't do if we had to stay in a hotel. My brother lives the other side of the Ormeau park so it was a perfect location for us. I liked the ease of arriving and being able to allow ourselves in with no hanging around waiting for someone. The same with departing. I loved the proximity to Ormeau park as it meant I could let the kids go to the park on the mornings I had to work. I loved that there was hot water when needed without having to sort out immersions etc.
