I had a lovely stay in Hostel Amazônia. The staff were lovely, and very helpful. It is quite a basic, no frills hostel, but for the price I paid it was great value for money. The kitchen was adequate, and the bathroom facilities were decent too. Would recommend if you are looking for a bed in a central location.

Friendly staff , kitchen for our use . As soon as I reported a problem the staff sorted it - lent me an adaptor and fixed the bathroom door and the ceiling leak the same day - brilliant

Beautiful historic building. Great catholic quotation above reception. Very friendly staff Good kitchen. Comfortable and clean room.
