The staff were very good, from training instructors, waiters in all restaurants and people from reception - Sevinc, Hacer, Mehmet. We appeciate their service-mindness and knowledge of several languages.

A perfect stay from start to finish! We had an amazing time at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by friendly and professional staff. The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoroughly cleaned every day. It was such a pleasure to return to a spotless room after a full day of activities. The food was also excellent – varied, well-prepared, and there was something for everyone. The buffet was always fresh and plentiful, and the restaurant staff were kind and attentive. We especially enjoyed the themed dinner nights – a fun and tasty touch! And now the highlight of our stay: the animation team! They were absolutely fantastic – truly kind-hearted, energetic, funny, and so caring. They managed to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere from morning until night, with activities for all ages. You could tell they genuinely love what they do, and that passion shines through. A huge thank you to ALYA DAKHLAOUI i the star of MyMo club and the entire animation team OSCAR, SARAH, HOLLY, JONA, CANSIN – you are the real stars of the hotel ⭐. Because of you, this vacation will remain an unforgettable memory! I highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, or anyone looking for a great experience. We will definitely be back!

The staff were welcoming, attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. The garden area was beautiful, peaceful, well-maintained and a perfect spot to relax. We also loved the variety of activities offered. There was always something engaging to do throughout the day, and the activity personnel were exceptional. Especially the staff engaged in the kids' activities were absolutely perfect, energetic, caring, and truly great with children. The food was another highlight. Every meal offered a wide selection of delicious, fresh options, and the good quality.

The entire resort was beautiful. The room was comfortable and had a bunk bed for our 2 children which they absolutely loved. The staff were very helpful beginning from check in and around the resort. The water slides and pools were an absolute hit. We did spend a brief time on the beach but the kids preferred the water slides. Food options were in abundance at the Magico restaurant and the kids relinquished their thirst through the number of juice stations around the resort. A wonderful stay and we will definitely be back soon :)
