Good value for money all inclusive. Territory looks good, taken good care of. Several pools, water parks, kids club with 0+ babysitting. Several bars with a decent selection of alcohol and cocktails included. Only house wine is included, while price for bottles is a bit outrageous. However, in general selection of included spirits is far better than I've expected (12 YO single malt whiskeys, decent gin, etc.) Several buffer restaurants, food courts, ... - selection of food is very good, quality and taste is great. Ala-cart restaurants were surprisingly good, especially Butcher SPA service was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Especially girls at the reception Territory is vast, with a lot of facilities, so while it was nearly fully booked, it didn't feel crowded

Me and my family stayed for 11 nights and as we live in different parts of the world, I wanted to find something clean and well-maintained with great service, and we found it here! The property is big enough and very pretty for evening walks, food was fresh, delicious and had great variety, everyone was friendly and ready to help! We also loved that lunch can be taken at the beach, the view of the sea was superb. Me and my mom especially enjoyed the group sports classes, yoga at the beach at 9am was highlight of this trip! We spent some rainy days between the heated pool and hamam, so we didn’t feel like missing out. The spa area was clean and spacious and not crowded. We also upgraded the room mid-stay for one with a private pool access and it was perfect for early morning and late night swims!

Very large resort and great facilities. Also appreciate the customer relation team. We had a request that the main restaurant could not meet. Not a big deal though - but to my surprise the customer relation team texted me later offering the service we asked. They really care about guests and this makes a difference.

The food was ACTUALLY good! You can see they use good quality ingredients. Stuff is very attentive,positive and cheerful. This should be a result of a good management.
