We stayed for 4 nights at Kaya Palazzo in the Lagoon suits, and it was an amazing experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very welcoming and professional. The Lagoon rooms are beautiful, spacious, and give a sense of privacy with direct access to the pool – definitely a highlight of our stay. The hotel itself is luxurious and well-maintained, with plenty of facilities and activities. The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and the service was always attentive. We especially loved the atmosphere in the Lagoon area, which felt calm and exclusive. Overall, Kaya Palazzo exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and a relaxing vacation.

Very good hotel, nice personnel, especially personal assistants Mesut and Nicolette - they met us on the reception, helped to check it instantly, made free room upgrade and then were on the contact all the day and helped to solve few very small issues. Guest service was available 24/7, it was really great! Nice compliment from the hotel included bottle of wine and fresh fruits and sweets. Very good main restaurant, a lot of great bars. 100 meters to the beach. Strong WiFi connection around all hotel territory.
