Amazing facilities. Amazing “real” all inclusive with premium brands included. Food is great. Staff are great. PSG football academy was amazing (bring your kids soccer boots).

I really liked the quality of the food and drinks, as well as the staff in the main restaurant. The staff were experienced, helpful, and friendly. Although the menu was quite similar each day, the food was top-quality and delicious. I also appreciated the kids’ club and its staff. They were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The manager of the kids’ club made a genuine effort to keep the children entertained and happy, which we really valued. The activities were enjoyable, and the club being open from 10 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. was very convenient. However, most of the children attending were Russian, and the movie club featured Russian language films almost every night, which was a bit discouraging for non-Russian-speaking children. We received an upgrade and stayed in a duplex room for six days. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The games centre was fun and free of charge, except for bowling. Our kids especially enjoyed air hockey and the computer games, which were great. The macaroons were a nice touch, and the 24-hour open restaurant was very convenient. The pools were great, and the resort was compact enough that everything was within a short walking distance. I didn’t mind walking to the kids’ club from the main hotel, as it only took a few minutes.

All in order, service was great, drinks were nice! The best highlight was the BBQ outside for a dinner - incredible flavor of Turkish specialities.
