This resort made our weekend so magical! From our check-in process of getting hot towels and drinks to the food and everything in between. My boyfriend proposed to me the weekend we went away and he advised that they made the planning process so easy and they were so accommodating to all his ideas. The actual proposal was an absolute dream and so stunning! The food was incredible, the staff were so friendly and so accommodating, the lion foundation and feeding was an incredible experience, the game drive, quad biking, jacuzzi and everything in between was amazing. 100/10 would recommend visiting Schrikkloof Nature Reserve.

What’s there not to like? Everything was top notch, I must say I was so impressed by the staff. They were so so welcoming and kind. The place is nestled in the perfect place, a small busy paradise where you can take your walks, star gaze, have good food and a glass of wine in front of the fireplace. We were treated so well, our rooms were spotless and any issues were treated with urgency. Thank you to Patric for staying late whilst we were indulging in conversations at night with other guest, thank you Bontle for the food, thank you Platjie for making our stay special by always ensuring our rooms are clean, thank you Moses for the game drive, thank you Gift for always being willing to help. Thanks Noleen for ensuring we have all our breakfast needs heard. You guys have gems as staff on my next visit I will definitely hope to find them. People coming in need to do their research on the road, the information is there. The roads are bumpy and a 4x4 would be ideal. This is something that is out of anyone’s hands
