Very nicely centred in town, parking available a little further down - lovely guesthouse with many historian and also modern details. All very clean, comfortable bed & the breakfast is very impressive with many choices 😍👌🏼 All rooms appear to have their own "boutique-hotel like" style and are a pleasant surprise (we were allowed a sneak-peek of a couple of rooms) Our dogs were welcome too ❤️ Maria's Guesthouse is 💯% to be recommended!

The hosts Paulo and Maria were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was comfortable as well as beautifully made up. There was ample space in the bathroom with a high pressure shower. An amazing breakfast was served every morning!! The guesthouse is centrally situated and within walking distance of good restaurants in the old historical centre

This was an unexpected gem in the heart of Beja. The welcome and "honesty bar" facilities were very welcome. Our room was clean and stylish. We especially enjoyed the breakfast in the garden - it was the best we have ever had with so much choice - nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back.

Maria’s Guesthouse was exceptional Our host was cheerful helpful and so friendly on arrival - able to advise re parking / local town tour Our room was neat clean tidy and welcoming Staff were at all times very accomodating Breakfast was amazing - never seen so much variety - all top quality and plenty of options
