Customer service was excellent; responsive and great communicators. Maggie in particular was super, offering restaurant suggestions, things to do, advice etc; I felt she was available for any questions and solve any issue; not that there were any issues, but just knowing she was responsive just in case gives guests a sense of security and comfort. Room was impeccably clean, modern, and very comfortable, with good sustainability options.

The online support pre trip was fantastic. Location was prefect as there were lots of restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk away.

I really loved the guesthouse’s charm and warm atmosphere. The location in Gemmayzeh is perfect, close to great cafes, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed.

The rooms are really nice, well built and well designed. The host was very kind, we had a complaint and they took immediate action. It's easy access and check-in is smooth.
