My parents stayed at this hotel for one night and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment they arrived, they felt very welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help, which made their stay very comfortable and stress-free. The room was clean, cozy, and well prepared, and everything they needed was provided.The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and fresh options. Overall, it was a great experience for them, and I am very happy they chose this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a pleasant stay.

Prime location, nice and supportive staff, especially Mr Mohd Hammoud ,Miss Zahrae & Mr Hassan Shamas. They were extremely friendly and welcoming in their chosen words and ready to resolve any issues that may arise at the spot . I wish them all continuous success in their job and an immediate promotion as a fair return !
