The staff are very welcoming and helpful especially Layal she did her best with us to give us the best possible accommodation. Mohamad also is very helpful .the location of the hotel is great and the Seaview is amazing

We booked the suite which had a wonderful view and was very spacious and comfortable. Extra beds for our 2 children were provided. We had a dining table in our room so we were able to order food from local external vendors which was kindly delivered to our room by the hotel staff. The hotel itself is a little tired and needs some renovation, especially the reception area could be more welcoming. The smell of smoke was evident so perhaps creating designated smoking areas will be good. The staff were wonderful and for the price we had good 4 star accommodation. With some renovation this hotel has huge potential. I also lost a bracelet when I was there and the staff went over and above to help me find it.
