The hotel is in the heart of Hamra, surrounded by plenty of shops, markets, cafés, and restaurants all within walking distance. It’s about a 20-minute walk to Raouche and around 30 minutes to Zaitunay Bay. The room was fairly clean and equipped with all the essentials. Staff were polite and helpful. We had a small issue at first as I had requested two single beds but was given a double. However, it was sorted out immediately—thanks to Eva for being so accommodating!

Frontsesk service was fantastic - all staff were very kind and agile. Locations is good - right in Hamra, although streets and sidewalks are narrow and dirty. My room was dirty upon check in and I asked them to change the linens, which they did. And they made and effort to compensate the bad experience, which was positive. Breakfast was yummy and restaurant staff was very kind. Room was dated and cluttered but comfortable.
