Really good location: next to metro’s and Qianmen street, but still quiet. Staff was really helpfull with finding the metro, a laundry place and the cheapest way to get by bus to the Great Wall. Would definitely recommend!

This is a very nice hotel with beautiful traditional Chinese decoration, just steps away from Qianmen Street, one of the landmarks of Beijing. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful — they even assisted me with making a phone call after I lost something in a taxi, and also let me leave my luggage after check-out. The location is unbeatable for the price: right next to Qianmen Street with all the restaurants and shops you could need, close to the famous Dashilan Street, and within walking distance of Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. Simply perfect. Some might say the hotel and certain facilities feel a bit outdated, but everything is cozy, well-maintained, and fully functional. When you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Beijing at an excellent price, these details hardly matter. My first stay was so good that I came back again due to a layover of 20Hrs on the last day of my trip. They even helped me with a late check-out. Truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.

Really good location with lots of food options around. Hotel has a real cultural theme. Some in room facilities (aircon & bathroom) could use some attention. All in all acceptable
