The product looks exactly as the picture. Location is in central Beijing close to quite literally everything. Great facilities with a pool & gym, more specifically David & Xavier were amazing when dealing with the hotel. I wish all future guests a great trip.

Delightful staff who will go out of their way to help you. Concierge was great in helping us navigate the local area and language barrier, helping us with tours and reservations. The added touch from the staff is was made this trip the rating we bave given it.

The hotel is located in the central area of Beijing, close to the Forbidden City and the National Art Museum of China. The rooms are large (around 38 square metres) and well furnished, with good views. I stayed in the hotel several times between 2016 and 2019 but this was my first visit to Beijing in six years. The hotel was refurbished in 2021 and is more luxurious than before. The buffet breakfast offers a wide choice of food and there are two restaurants, one selling a mixed selection of food and the other offering Chinese food. I tried both and was pleased with both of them. The staff were very helpful and most speak English surprisingly well. The concierge helped me to register to visit the National Art Museum as I could not book using the Museum app without a Chinese telephone number. He also organised my return taxi to the airport when I left the hotel.
