The location is just about 2 minutes walking to the famous wangfujing street, and it is also about 15 to 20 minutes walking to Tiananmen Square. There are a lot of restaurants in the near neighborhood. The room is big, clean, and comfortable, it is some kind of luxury, I love it. The people who work in the hotel are not only highly professional but also really nice, kind, and friendly, and they are ready to help the customers any time they need. Since I traveled from Switzerland to beijing, they organized to let me to check in earlier because I mentioned my feet ware painful, then I had to check out 3 days earlier as I had booked and I could not communicate with Booking.com by myself, the receptionist Ms. Megan offered to help me, and she negotiated with booking.com, and I was able to get the refund of 3 nights left. Then I had a fedex mail that arrived 5 days after I left the hotel, then Mr. Leon Luo in the hotel had orgnized to accept for me and then Mr. Mason had booked another carrier today to send my mail to my sister in Hunan, and I have just come back again yesterday in Switzerland. I want to say: thank you to all the staff in hotel, I want to give special thanks to Megan, Leon and Mason, I would for sure choose Hilton hotel again when I am back in Beijing, and also would put Hilton hotel as my priority choice if I travel to other cities too. So I highly recommend the Wangfujing Hilton hotel.

The staff was helpful and supportive, met one concierge named Mr Alan Gao, he took the effort to arrange for one Badaling Great Wall trip the next day at the very last minute, appreciate his assistance which made this last minute trip became possible

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The shower was amazing and though I didn't use the opportunity the bathtub looked luxurious. The lighting is nice and the blackout curtains are great for weary travellers adjusting to a new time zone. The location is great, close to many shops and restaurants, pedestrian streets, a shopping mall and a short walk to The Forbidden City.
