From the moment we arrived at Happy Dragon Universal Hotel in Beijing, we felt like truly valued guests. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Universal Studios Beijing — just a quick 20–25 minute ride on the hotel’s complimentary shuttle bus, which drops you right at the park entrance. We originally booked a standard room, but to our surprise, the hotel upgraded us free of charge to a stunning two-room Business Lux suite. It was spacious, beautifully arranged, and ideal for both relaxing and working if needed. The only thing that could make the stay even better would be having a refrigerator in the room. The true gem of this hotel is its staff. Young, energetic, and incredibly helpful — the kind of service that turns a good trip into an unforgettable one. When we couldn’t order food ourselves because Chinese delivery apps require a local phone number, the reception team took care of everything for us, even placing orders through their own accounts. We simply reimbursed them — no hassle, no stress. A special thank-you to Kimberly, who became our personal guide throughout our stay via WhatsApp. She was always available, answered every question promptly, and made sure we never had to worry about a thing. Another pleasant bonus — we received 4 bottles of water every day, which is more than most hotels we’ve stayed at. If you’re planning a trip to Beijing for Universal Studios, this hotel should be at the very top of your list. Comfortable rooms, exceptional service, and a fantastic location — we would be happy to return here again!

Absolutely Amazing Stay! Everything about my stay was simply amazing. The room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options – a great way to start each day. I didn’t have a single complaint during my entire stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their English was excellent, which made everything so easy and smooth. I would like to give a special compliment to 小雨 (Rain) and Kimberly（工作版）—they truly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed each day. Their kindness and support made my stay unforgettable. Thank you so much for making my time in Beijing so wonderful!
