When I checked into the hotel, the front desk charged a large deposit to my credit card. It has now been a month, and the deposit has still not been refunded. I did not cause any damage to the room, and I settled all charges upon checkout. However, the deposit that was taken from my credit card has yet to be returned. I do not believe this is how an international high-end hotel should operate. If the deposit is not refunded within a week, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Association in China.
