We arranged for the hotel to collect us from the airport which was very efficient and cheap. Excellent location for exploring the Hutongs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Authentic facilities, comfortable bedroom with pretty outside terrace. Complimentary afternoon tea, breakfast and laundry. The staff provided my husband with the most delicious birthday cake as a surprise and a tea set as a gift when we left.

Overall it was a great experience staying in Le Zai hotel in the heart of 南锣鼓巷. Excellent service throughout our stay.They also serve good breakfast, high tea and 24hrs beverage. Love that they provide free laundry service too!

This is a fabulous place in the heart of Beijing. The staff are exceptional. They're kind, cool and just spot on when it comes to helping arrange things and making you feel happy. The food at breakfast is excellent. They provide complementary afternoon tea and snacks as well as complementary drinks all day. The roof top seating area is sublime. The bed is great, the decor is elegant throughout. We even received leaving gifts. Thank you Alice and all the team. We will never forget our time at your hotel. 10 stars 🤩
