Hotel is traditional architecture with cool decor in the rooms and common areas. The room and hallways were a bit dated but that is to be expected with a traditional building. They were actively renovating some parts of the hotel during the day so it will get better and better. The staff were helpful and the location was fantastic. Very good value all things considered

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was small, but considering the absolutely amazing location, it didn’t matter at all. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley, yet just a few minutes from a lively main street and the metro, which made it the perfect balance between calm and city life in Beijing. The architecture of the hotel was beautiful, with a charming traditional style.
