Great location for accessing both historical sites and the city centre. The food also was excellent & the room size very generous. The manager was excellent, making us feel welcome & at ease

This is an excellent hotel, perfect in every way. The location is perfect, right at Wanfujing Street. The room was huge and the bathroom beautiful. The bed spectacularly huge and comfortable. But what really stands out is the staff. They were incredibly helpful and very good at booking restaurants and everything else that needs booking - and excellent advice. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Beijing. Also the breakfast fabulous and a bargain at the price.

Location, atmosphere, historical background, helpful and friendly staff (particularly Sivenia, the Russian manager), room, and food were all exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone
