We loved the old world charm, it was centrally located near Forbidden City etc and the staff were always pleasant and willing to help. Big thanks to Liza and Suzy for friendly and prompt service and a huge thanks to Gary, he manages his 5 star team exceptionally well. Special mention to Luke for his dedication and care.

location, room size, comfortable bed, excellent dinning room or breakfast and friendly staffs. Easy access to metro and walking distance to lots of shopping and dinning choices. Friendly and supportive services from hotel staffs.

Classic, great staff, great breakfast! Walk 15 minutes to Forbideen City, to a pedestrian shopping street and to the Tiananmen Square

Great location for seeing Beijing's main spots, super accessible to the rest of the city via metro (10 mins from room to platform). Huge rooms if not slightly outdated (like most upscale hotels in China) but a very grand hotel overall at a respectable price point.
