The location was great, the staff were so helpful, especially the young lady. They gave me free water every day. In such a cute hutong area. Will choose here again when I come back

Excellent staff, very helpful, but only via translation app. I had a difficult time in Beijing because none of your apps is working. No google translate no maps, no whatts app. And I was hesitant to download Chinese apps. The staff was very helpful to show me around. If you want to visit Tianman square 1 day in advance reservation is necessary.
