Very polite staff, friendly people, very good transportation to the centre of the city , quiet neighbourhood, clean, they changed the towels every day. They insisted on keeping the room tight and clean They were also very distinctive while being present at the same time. Very good wi-fi signal. You can work as long as you want on your lap top. I asked them twice to print something for me and they did it for free. Any question I had about the city they were willing to help me immediately. They had a smile always on their face. Thank you so much for helping me during my staying and my exams at the University. Maria

Secure parking for our motorcycles. Accommodation in Bordeaux is on the high side, so we stayed out a little, a 20min bus ride into the centre, was fine. Download the bus app to buy return tickets, it was simple to use.

Everything was good. Bed very comfortable. The room is not a bad size. Breakfast was very good. Great transport link to city centre. Staff were good. A little bit more training would help. But overall, it was a very good experience.
