-Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee
-Strictly no stag or hen parties
-Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage)
-A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged
-Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs.
-If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.
-The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The house was generally clean and had all the amenities we needed. The stove wasn't working but the property management team quickly found a workable solution. It was near Highfields Park which the kids enjoyed.

I recently stayed at a wonderful 51 Clifford road House and couldn’t recommend it more. The place was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From cozy bedding to a fully stocked kitchen, every detail was clearly taken care of. The peaceful atmosphere and charming surroundings made it a perfect getaway spot. I’d happily return!

Attended a family wedding and pleasantly surprised. Comfortable accommodation, and very clean. Walking distance to Beeston Fields, and local hairdressing etc. Wollaton Hall and Park also close at hand.

The property was spotlessly clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The property managers were attentive and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs, with good parking and close to public transport.
