The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Guests are advised that on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays, check-in is available only after 18:00. Use of the wellness facilities is at extra cost of 30 ILS per person per day. The bathing season in the pool is from May to September inclusive.Due to the current situation in Israel, the hotel is working in an emergency format. Some of the facilities might be closed for guests accordingly.Swimming pool is closed from Sun 12 Apr 2026 until Thu 30 Apr 2026

The room was excellent, and the meals were great with a very wide choice of local cuisine. Gym facilities were very good and the staff were superb. Customer relations manager did everything possible to make us welcome and comfortable.
