The pub had a pleasant atmosphere and the room was clean and comfortable. Location in the centre of a small town was excellent.. all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was easy to get to and parking was great. I was very surprised by the size of the rooms, they were beautiful and spacious and everyone in my party has said we would love to stay again. Everything about my stay was exceptional, except the breakfast serving time.

An excellent location for visiting Wensleydale. Quiet overnights in spite of overlooking the main market square. Fully functioning shower. Free car parking facility with easy access to the Green Dragon. Management were able to cope with our last minute change of plan because of illness of 4 [i.e. 2 couples] of our group, thanks.
