This place had everything you would want from a holiday home for 2 couples, including 2 bathrooms. It was very comfortable, clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Nice welcome pack and bottle of fizz, tucked away at the end of a row, nice and quiet, with the added bonus of a designated parking place. The host Simon was great in making contact and provided the door code prior to arrival. He also checked that everything was OK at the end of our visit.

Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Very good location both for walking into Bedale itself (5 mins to high street) and for wider travels in the area. Good contact from Simon before the visit, with lots of helpful info and assistance.

We had a brilliant week in this house! Clean, comfortable, quiet area and plenty of space for our family, with all the essentials for living in it provided. Close to the local town if we need anything from the shops, with friendly locals who informed us of places to visit. The next door neighbours where very welcoming as well. The owner was very accommodating, as we had to book last minute with our previous accommodation getting cancelled last minute. He made sure everything was set up for the way we needed it before we arrived and checked in with us during the week to make everything was going well. We would definitely recommend staying here again.

Had a fabulous stay here for three nights, the house was very clean, modern and well equipped, the bed was super comfy, the location was perfect and within walking distance of the gorgeous town of Bedale. There was everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a few meals and a lovely welcome pack. It was really nice to come back after a day visiting the Dales and to feel completely relaxed and at home. Simon the host was extremely helpful and responsive. We have stayed in several rental properties over the years and this was definitely one of our favourites and we would return without hesitation.
