The stay was truly wonderful. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and full of warmth, while the hosts are a special story of their own — kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I felt welcome from the very first moment, as if I had come to people I had known forever. Everything was impeccable and exactly what one could wish for a peaceful and beautiful holiday. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a pleasant atmosphere and genuine hospitality.

Very engaging and communicative host. Detailed instructions for entry to the property and quick responses when having any queries. Left some treats and drinks for us which was also a nice touch. A nice quiet location very close to the local station and with a park nearby, asked the host in advance for things to do and was given a comprehensive response which was also very useful.

I had to take a trip back to the UK on short notice due to a family incident, luckily found this wonderful accommodation which was a highlight of an otherwise stressful visit from Sydney. The apartment was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed, would highly recommend and will be keeping an eye out for availability on future trips. The owners were responsive and helpful throughout, access was simple and location to Beckenham and transport into London certainly helped.
