It is an easy 15/20 min walk into the centre of Beaune. The property is on the small size, but well presented with everything we needed for a short stay and benefits from a welcoming outdoor space. Of particular note is that it was possible to turn off the obligatory extractor fans at night to make for a peaceful nights sleep. Owner was super enthusiastic and helpful. We could readily have stayed a couple more days.

A stunning stay in a brilliant location. Eddy was a very helpful and friendly host. Although in a quiet street with parking available … it was only a 10 minute stroll into the fantastic City of Beaune. The accommodation was perfect and it was such a joy to sit outside with a picnic in a nature garden that Eddy has carefully and lovingly put together.
