The fine print
Room rates on 24, 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.Please note that upon check-in, guests are required to provide the bank card that was used to make the reservation. If the used card cannot be provided, the prepayment will be refunded and guests will be required to pay by other payment methods.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.Starting 1 August, 2023, Seychelles implements New Environmental Sustain-ability Levy to enhance green initiatives. Under the newly introduced levy, all visitors to Seychelles will be required to contribute on a per person/per night basis. The payment will be made directly to the hotel, ensuring a seamless and convenient process for travellers.The cost will be SCR 100 per person, per night. It is to be noted that the Levy will not be applicable to citizens and residents of Seychelles. Children of 12 years and below (visitors), and crew members.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location is great, right on the Beau Vallon beach. The hotel is nice, room was very big, with big terrase, beautiful and relaxing view over the garden. One of the best Spa I have visited, specially due to the location, in a very nice garden. The Yoga session in the morning was for us a very nice experience, very refreshing and relaxing at the same time. Thank you, Sarath! Amazing experince with our breakfast at the beach. Great initiative, highly appreciated! Thanks to Praveen (hopefuly I still remember the name of the guy who served us), but you made our experience even nicer :) And what we really loved, was the fact that we had Aliya to assist us for the full period of our trip, supporting with absolutely everything we needed: renting a car, good recommendation for what to visit, arranging all the transfers to and from the ferry for our visits to La Digue and Praslin. The fact that we could communicate on whats app at every time, getting in short time all the answers to our requests was absolutely great. Very good initiative of the hotel for this kind of service, and special thanks to Aliya, for your dedication, I really felt your passion and your dedication, it was a real pleasure to meeting you!

Firstly, special thanks for Sergey, Aliyah,Arun, Mohammed , Salma, Praveen, Deeb, Elmo amongst a few of the staff who made our vacation absolutely fantastic. Please reach out to them when you arrive they will do their best to make your stay better. They made very special arrangements for me and my Fiance for private dinners by the beach, extensions for the room, in house cleaning and the fnb services. LOVE THIS RESORT, best along the coastline of Mahe and with the best views of the beach.
