Excellent location with gastro pub next door and under 10 minute walk to beach. Plenty of easy parking. Very quiet pretty village. Very helpful staff at the property. We would highly recommend staying here though it was Springtime - no idea what it is like in other seasons but the heating was very easy to turn off and on. Small village shop with some basic provisions and fantastic fish and chips from a van nearby. We didn't try the Courtyard cafe because it closed at 5pm but it was very popular and available if you wanted breakfast or daytime food.

In the centre of Beadnell yet a very quiet spot with car parking, with large garden for guests to use. very, very near good pubs and cafes, 100 yards away, great for evenings out. Room was very clean. A great location for exploring this lovely coast. Staff that cleaned were very friendly, even gave me a few biscuits for my trip home. rooms are a bit small but for the price what do you expect, in the summer when your not in much the room is adequate
