Wonderful heaven of peace in the center of Bayeux. While the staircase of the house is very scrabby, the apartment itself is very nice and comfortable, set up on two levels with interconnected bedrooms, with a bathroom on the upper floor and a separate toilet mid-way up the stairs. Perfect for us!

The apartment is beautiful and in a perfect location, just steps away from a main thoroughfare. The views from it are lovely. We throughly enjoyed watching the pigeons up close. It’s in a very quiet area. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked very nice.

Location literally could not be better. The key box is hidden away, the hist’s directions were perfect, but we doubted ourselves as you have to get right in front of the door to see the key box. Kitchen is great, shower room good, toilet fine - the only real area needing improvement is that the communal staircase is pretty grotty, but obviously that’s not the host’s issue.
