Spaciousness and easy check in and out. Owner very reliable and friendly. He even assisted us for parking lots of our visitors. Home is comfortable and complete. Just wish there is aircond in the hall though.

Building is a little aged, everything else is complete. The location is great if you are attending any MICE at Setia Spice Convention Centre or ARENA.

The house is clean, nice, suitable for family. The place is located near Spice, near place to eat.. my kids also enjoy the pool
