Great location, pleasant stuff, tasty food, enough parking space, beautiful swimming pool, lovely view. My whole family loved this place a lot. And we will likely return here some day. Very much recommended, especially for families.

Breakfast was nice, there was a good amount of choice. A suggestion would be to add honey next to the jams :) The location was fantastic, and very glad we had parking available

We loved this hotel, and wish we’d been able to stay longer than the three nights we were there for. The room was small but lovely, with a large balcony overlooking the lake with fantastic views. The room air conditioning level was excellent, and in general it was clean and tidy with plenty of storage space. Beds were also comfortable. The hotel itself is right on the lake front and less than 100m from the ferry stop for Baveno, which is great. It has a lot of lounging space, both in the restaurant and beyond, and it also has a lovely pool behind the hotel which is really maintained and the perfect place to unwind after a hot day sightseeing. The staff in the hotel were absolutely lovely, especially in the bar and restaurant. The hotel serves a 3 course dinner option every night for about 28 euros, and the food provided was really lovely - simple, traditional, tasty - things like lasagna or clam pasta, stuffed ravioli, swordfish etc. Overall, a really lovely lakeside hotel with a lot to offer at a very good price. We will be back!

The staff were very considerate. I have a very slight mobility issue but the restaurant waiter, Guisseppe helped me to the buffet breakfast , also Maria was very caring and helpful. The only criticism we have was the poor water pressure. In the shower. Everything else was perfect. We were treated with respect and like family.we hope to return.
