Everything was great! The property was very clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. I really appreciated the attention to detail – it made my stay very enjoyable and relaxing.

I don't know where to start, everything was fantastic. After the bad luck with the first apartment I booked, I was lucky to find Timur. He is the best host in Batumi, and probably beyond. He was kind and waited for us almost until midnight (he didn't charge for late check in). The apartment was absolutely clean, very spacious and with all necessary accessories. There are shops nearby that are open 24/7, and the beach across the street, where there are always enough umbrellas and sunbeds. Wonderful country, wonderful people. I would like as many people from Serbia as possible to come and experience the beauty of Georgia. And yes, Timur always responds to messages. For parting, he gave us the traditional "Chacha" brandy. My rating 10+
