The bathroom was functional and tidy. Breakfast had a sufficient variety considering the hotel is small. The rooms do not block out outside noise.

We liked the location. It had enough parking slots around, while it was not too lively and active tourist area. It took us some time to reach central city facilities, however it was a wonderful walking through historical and nice streets. Breakfast was pretty good. In general, that is quite a small and cosy hotel with just few rooms located on a quiet street.

The hotel has a 24-hour reception. It was clean, and so was the room; upon request, they cleaned it and changed the bed linen and towels. Friendly reception staff. About a 20-minute walk to the Batumi promenade and the city beach.

A bit away from the main tourist areas, but everything was in walking distance
