The apartment is in a fairly new building, which looks nice and is easy to find after walking around Batumi :) We lived on the 16th floor, our friends -- on the 28th. The view of the sea and the neighboring beautiful (especially at night) high-rise buildings is amazing. The room has everything you need, including a corkscrew (you know what I mean :). The price-quality ratio is 100%.

This apartment exceeded every expectation. Immaculately designed and thoughtfully equipped, it offers everything one could need—whether you're staying for a few nights or a few weeks. The location is simply unbeatable: nestled in a vibrant, walkable area yet surprisingly peaceful, it makes exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. The host is genuinely warm and always ready with helpful advice or thoughtful touches. This will absolutely be my go-to whenever I return—and I’d recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for more than just a place to sleep.
