I’ve stayed in Batumi many times, but this apartment is by far my favorite! Perfectly located in the heart of the old city, it’s a pleasant walk everywhere, and Batumi's best Adjarian Khachapuri @Mamuka's and breakfast spots are just around the corner The building is secure, clean, and very well maintained, which adds to the overall comfort. What I loved most: Spotless apartment with a comfortable bed, high-quality linens, and all the small thoughtful details that make the stay special. Stylish, modern yet cozy design – truly relaxing. Walk-in closet – rare for studio rentals and very practical. Excellent amenities – well-equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and everything you could need for a hassle-free stay. Overall, this place combines location, comfort, and design perfectly. Huge thanks to the host for making the stay so enjoyable – I’ll definitely be back!

Very original and clean apartment. There are all the necessary things. Clean bed linen. The location is very good, only 5 min to the sea. Nice and friendly hostess.
