I found it too expensive for the value it offers. ROOMS had similar tariff and is way better!? Breakfast is not at the level of the price, old bread and tasteless coffee. It has no charm and charge you extra for a few hours of late check-out.

We were a group of close friends visiting Batumi for a short getaway, and Hotel Monarch made our trip absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the kindest and most attentive staff. Every single person at the hotel went out of their way to make us feel at home — we genuinely felt like guests, not just customers.
