The property is centrally located, just where you get dropped when travelling from Kutaisi. The host is a sweet lady, she understands and speaks English well. There is a shared kitchen which can be used to make coffee & food. I really liked the place, it’s near bakeries and stores

have no idea about breakfast, location is good for business trip, it is not very close to the beach, but around there are all kind of shops, so you can go for shopping
