Location was satisfactory, not far from the Archeological Museum, and about 10 minutes from Batumi Park and 15 minutes from the Boulevard. Elevator exists, although it's rather small. Fridge was nice and balcony was welcome.

Location is great, close the center of the city. Room was clean and staff was trying to be helpful. I think facilities are quite enough for price/
