We stayed in this apartment from July 27 to August 1 in Batumi — my mom, my younger brother, and I. We really enjoyed the location: it’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the sea, yet the area is quiet and peaceful. The only “alarm clock” was a rooster from a nearby street, but honestly, it just added to the local charm 😊. Shops and fresh vegetable stalls are within walking distance, which was very convenient. The apartment itself is bright, spacious, and offers plenty of sleeping space. The air conditioner was a true lifesaver during the incredible heat! The water pressure was great, and there’s also a large fridge, which we appreciated. The host was very kind and responsive, always replying quickly and politely, and doing his best to help us despite the language barrier. We felt very welcome and comfortable. For improvement, it would be nice to replace the front door key (it’s a bit rusty, and we worried my brother might accidentally break it), update the radiator and shelves in the bathroom, and add small amenities like shampoo and disposable slippers. With these touches, it would be a perfect 100 out of 10! Thank you for the warm welcome and pleasant communication — we’ll definitely come back and wish you many more wonderful guests! ❤️
