Truly an exceptional stay. The host Zurab was incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment was very warm, cosy and clean. Sometimes we even decided to stay in for the full day with a rainy day. The huge balcony is perfect to have a relaxing afternoon with friends. Highly recommended for a great price!

This place is such a fantastic find! The location is super central—right in the Old Town area, with all the best spots just a short stroll away. It’s close enough to feel like you’re in the middle of it all without being overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle. The apartment itself is ideal for a vacation, especially for families. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into making it not just well-equipped but also incredibly comfortable. The balcony is such a highlight—overlooking a picturesque street with a lovely view of the city skyline. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, it’s the perfect spot to relax. The neighborhood is great, with lots of charming cafes and restaurants. There’s an awesome mini-burger spot right at the doorstep—perfect for a quick bite! Plus, there’s a 24/7 grocery store just a block away, which was super convenient. We initially booked for three nights but ended up extending our stay by two more because we loved both the city and this apartment so much. It just felt like the perfect place to enjoy Batumi. And then there’s Zurab, the host. He’s truly next-level. Friendly, thoughtful, and incredibly generous, he embodies Georgian hospitality. One example? When it was time to leave, he wouldn’t take no for an answer and personally drove us to the train station. He genuinely cares about his guests, and it shows. If you’re coming to Batumi, this is the place to stay. It’s more than just a great apartment—it’s the perfect base for an unforgettable trip. Highly, highly recommend!

We spent 8 days in the apartment a pair of parents and two teenage boys, a lovely, clean and well-equipped apartment, We lacked nothing in the apartment. The apartment is located in a central place, close to shops, the sea, a Chabad house and a synagogue. And the most important thing is the owner of the apartment, Zurab, a charming and pleasant guy who gave us an explanation about the environment and the area and in addition was right to help in everything during the days we were there even if it was not related to the apartment at all. Highly recommend!!!

A very comfortable apartment with a brilliant location in the old town with a large balcony for meals and relaxation. The apartment is recently refurbished and very well equipped.
