The owner greeted us at the entrance boon gate on Akhmed Melashvili Street and took us up to the apartment. They are nice people. We had an issue with lack of hot water and they kindly left us some gifts when they fixed it. Otherwise we had a very comfortable stay for 3 nights. The apartment was clean, spacious and had every facility we needed. It was nice having a balcony, fresh air and pigeons ! The apartment is in a great location on the edge of the old town and at the beginning of the wonderful sights along the Batumi waterfront. There a several markets and fruit shops within 20 metres, Race Rent (car) is 50m away, the stop for #11 bus to/from the airport is at the end of the street on Gogebashvili St.

The location is absolutely perfect. Everything so close. Beaches , restaurants Amd a perfect central location. The apartment has everything you need the host very welcoming. We will stay again!👍🏻🔥
