1) good price 2) can fit 6-8 people easy 3) very clean and comfortable -easy to register at the guard post -can get breakfast at the nearest mosque about 10mins walk

This apartment is conveniently located right across from BayView and Hardrock Hotel. The check-in process is straightforward, with the added benefit of no deposit required—a great plus for guests. Situated on the 10th floor (with elevator access), the apartment offers a lovely view of the beach and stunning sunrise views. The living room is comfortable and inviting, and there are restaurants within easy walking distance. Ferringhi Walk is also just a 2-3 minute drive away.
