The exterior doesn’t reflect the cozy atmosphere inside. I am very satisfied. The place is clean and well-organized. The water pressure is good. It has an iron, dishes, cutlerys, an oven, a washing machine, a TV, and is fully air-conditioned, with extra mattresses, pillows, and blankets. All amenities are complete. The price is affordable and close to attractions in Batu Ferringhi. The hostess is very kind, providing thorough explanations, making check-in and check-out easy. I will definitely return here. Thank you so much!

The property is near to everything in Batu Feringgi which is so very recommended .The building is quit old,but the unit is super comfy and clean. Enough rooms n beds for 5 adult. Definitely will stay here again.

The unit was clean & comfortable as expected. Most important thing, the water source was super fast! Near to the beach. Food stalls around, so much easier to get food on hand. Very affordable & highly recommended. Owner very helpful 💗

The location is near to eateries. It was easy to get food on foot. The apartment was clean as described. There’s nothing to complain about the unit. Keep it up!

The unit is clean , comfortable n luv the mountain view. Good security to get up to unit n very understanding owner replying to your needs. Strongly recommended to all. Surrounded with good food without hvng to walk far. Just 4 minutes walk to Hardrock Hotel. Repeat booking soon.
